Willie from Millersberg was excellent. He had the expertise to provide complete documentation and communications to the insurance company about our damaged roof. He was always friendly and professional. Once the insurance company had approved the project he promptly had an experienced, courteous crew here to do the work. The roof shingling project was completed in one long day. He worked with the crew foreman to make sure all codes were followed. Before leaving, the crew throughly cleaned all areas around the house. The roof looks great. I am completely satisfied.

After the recent hail storm went through our area I contacted Millersburg Construction for an inspection. When they arrived they were polite, honest and very professional. Their Project Manager, Willie was very timely and detailed. He was excellent to work with. They handled everything with my insurance company to get my roof, gutters, and more 100% covered by my insurance company. If you are looking a for great roofing company to work on your property, I highly suggest Millersberg and ask for Willie as your Project Manager!

Willie was phenomenal to work with! State Farm gave him the run around multiple times with obvious hail damage, and he persisted to fight for our claim to be approved. He was friendly and polite, always answering my questions quickly and keeping me informed.
The subcontractors did great work, especially Nate with Lonsdale Window Works. I highly recommend Millersberg Construction!

Millersberg stands behind their work. Had my roof replaced in 2020, and storms and high winds pulled away sections of the fascia. One email to Payton, and in short time they were out to make the repairs. She is our go to person! Have always had a great experience with her. Can't recommend enough.

Millersberg did great work on my roof and siding! Chad J. was responsive and professional, using his expertise in the area to work with the crew to get the work done right. While there were a couple hiccups, Chad was able to contact the right people to fix these issues in a timely manner. Very happy with my roof and new, steel siding. The house looks amazing, and Chad was a pleasure to work with.

The bid process was easy the colors and styles were attractive and the quoted price was right. The start date fit our schedule, the crews started each day as promised and cleaned up the site each day. We like the new look of our house and we received unsolicited compliments from the neighbors.

Great price and prompt response whenever I had a question. Roof looks fantastic and they even fixed the leak that was caused by a shed attached to the garage by previous homeowners at no charge. I also like that the price quoted was the price charged.

Shows up on time, quick inspection, finds and fixes any issues immediately. Never tried to sell me a new roof, in fact, pointed out that existing roof is fine aside from normal small issues that were repaired immediately.

Loving our new roof and siding! We started the process with Cody to look at our soffits and gutters. After looking at the roof and siding we found significant hail damage. Cody and team worked with our insurance company. Since we were replacing siding we decided to replace all our windows. Millersburg Construction had all of the resources to get the job done! Thanks Carter B, Chris B & Jesus for your diligence in handling my new roof and gutter system. You took extra prep steps with your system of tarps & poles around the home to protect the landscaping & yard lighting ahead of the complete tear off of the old roof & gutters and then the new installation. Your full services of handling the multiple on site meetings with my homeowners insurance company was very professional. We had an outstanding experience with Millersberg team. Nate, the project manager helped us navigate the complex insurance claim process and helped us talk through upgrades we wanted for the roof and gutters. Millersberg was very committed to working with us and provided us with multiple product and price options to better align with our budget. The crews for roof and gutters were respectful, communicative and efficient. The overall workmanship was also superior to what we had before. On payments, Millersberg team was patient as we navigated obtuse process with our mortgage bank for getting the funds released. They finished the full job based on just the deductible down payment. Our overall experience with them was stress free, transparent, ethical and efficient.

Millersberg construction recently finished a hail damage claim on my roof. My wife and I are absolutely blown away by the professionalism and quick turn around.
